Terms and Conditions
The rules that apply to using thehumanshift.org and to buying tickets for The Human Shift 2026.
In short
- The organiser, ticket seller and invoice issuer is Creative Leadership Studio, SRL.
- The full price is due at purchase, through Stripe. If you decide not to attend, the ticket is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or the event is changed, postponed or cancelled (section 4).
- A ticket can be transferred to another person up to three calendar days before the event.
- If we cancel the event, you can choose a refund. If we postpone it, the ticket stays valid, but you can choose a refund instead.

1. Organiser and scope
These Terms apply to thehumanshift.org and ticket purchases for The Human Shift 2026, scheduled for 12 November 2026 in Oradea, Romania.
Organiser, ticket seller and invoice issuer: Creative Leadership Studio, SRL, Str. Salcamilor, 13 Bl. PC139, Scara C Etaj 3, Ap. 7, Oradea, Bihor, Romania; tax identification number 54403940; Trade Register registration number ROONRC.J2026021988002; contact: eduard@h4human.com. Human 4 Human Consulting, SRL may help promote the event but is not the ticket seller under these Terms.
2. Orders and payment
Ticket category, price, currency, applicable taxes and any additional charges are shown before the order is placed. The full price is due at purchase through the Stripe-managed payment process. An order is confirmed after successful payment and delivery of confirmation.
The purchaser must provide accurate contact and billing information. Creative Leadership Studio, SRL issues the invoice. If buying a ticket for another person, please share the relevant event information and Privacy Policy with them. Newsletter signup is optional, separate from accepting these Terms and not selected by default.
3. Deciding not to attend and ticket transfers
If you decide not to attend, the ticket is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or section 4 applies. This rule must be displayed before payment and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
You may transfer the ticket to another person up to three calendar days before the event by emailing eduard@h4human.com. Include the information needed to identify the ticket and the replacement attendee’s name and email address. The transfer takes effect after confirmation by the organiser.
4. Changes, postponement or cancellation
The programme, speakers, timings and exact venue may be updated. We will communicate significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If we cancel the event, the purchaser may choose a refund of the ticket price paid. If we postpone it, the ticket remains valid for the new date, but the purchaser may instead choose a refund of the ticket price paid. We will explain by email how to request and receive the refund. All mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
5. Attendance, photography and filming
Attendees must follow reasonable safety and venue instructions and treat others respectfully. The organiser may refuse entry or require a person to leave if their conduct seriously threatens safety or seriously disrupts the event, subject to applicable law.
The event will be photographed and filmed. The Privacy Policy explains the use of images and attendees’ choices. Buying a ticket does not, by itself, give permission for every individual promotional use of a person’s image.
6. Complaints and final provisions
For questions or complaints, email eduard@h4human.com. We will seek an amicable resolution. Romanian law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory consumer protections. The version presented when an order is completed applies to that purchase.
If the Romanian and English versions differ, the Romanian version prevails, without limiting mandatory statutory rights.
